FarkinSweet is a charitable enterprise of Doer Group Pty Ltd (ABN 26 660 003 645), the charity at doer.org.au. In these terms, “FarkinSweet”, “FarkinSweet.au”, “FarkinSweet.tech”, “we”, “us”, “our” and “the company” refer to Doer Group Pty Ltd operating the FarkinSweet websites and enterprise.

2. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using FarkinSweet.au, FarkinSweet.tech or their content, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the websites.
3. What the websites do
The websites share information about FarkinSweet, the digital products and experiments we develop, projects including MyVehicle, and the charitable purpose that this work supports. Website material is general information only. A product, application, beta program, subscription or other service may have additional terms that apply alongside these website terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the websites for lawful personal or business information purposes. You must not:
- interfere with the security, operation or availability of the websites;
- attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts, data or source code;

- use our name, branding or content in a way that falsely suggests endorsement or affiliation.

Unless stated otherwise, the websites, designs, copy, graphics, software, branding, trade marks and other materials are owned by or licensed to Doer Group Pty Ltd. You may view and make a reasonable personal copy of website material, but you may not reproduce, modify, publish, commercialise or redistribute it without permission or another lawful basis.
Third-party names, products and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

We try to keep website information accurate and useful, but content may be incomplete, out of date or changed without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or secure access, or that the websites will be suitable for every purpose.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and Australia.
